Digital Millennium Copyright Act — Takedown Notice Procedure
Overview
BoobSearch respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and linked sites to do the same. We will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
BoobSearch operates as a search index linking to third-party websites. We do not host, store, or serve the content appearing on linked sites. Takedown requests for content hosted on those sites should be directed to the respective site operators.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content indexed or linked by BoobSearch infringes your copyright, please provide a written notice containing all of the following:
- Your full legal name and contact information (address, phone number, email)
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The specific URL(s) on BoobSearch that link to or index the allegedly infringing content
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the copyright owner's behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
- Your physical or electronic signature
Repeat Infringers
BoobSearch will terminate access for users or domains that are found to be repeat infringers of third-party intellectual property rights in appropriate circumstances.
